Terms and Conditions for Non-Refundable Tour Booked to Puerto Rico with Monterey Group Travel Program :
- Tour Booking: By booking a tour to Puerto Rico with Monterey Group Travel Program, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All bookings are subject to availability, and Monterey Group Travel Program, reserves the right to refuse any booking for any reason whatsoever.
- Payment and Cancellation Policy: All tours to Puerto Rico booked with Monterey Group Travel Program, require full payment at the time of booking. The tour is non-refundable once payment has been made. No refunds will be given for any cancellations, no shows, or unused portions of the tour. Any changes to the tour itinerary must be agreed upon by Monterey Group Travel Program, in writing and may be subject to additional fees.
- Passport and Visa: It is the responsibility of the tour participant to ensure they have a valid passport and any required visas or other required documents and appropriate ID required for travel to Puerto Rico. Monterey Group Travel Program will not be held liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the failure to obtain the necessary documentation.
- Health and Safety: It is the responsibility of the tour participant to ensure they are physically able to participate in the tour activities. Monterey Group Travel Program reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual who, in the opinion of the tour leader, may be a risk to themselves or others. Participants must comply with all local laws, regulations, and customs during the tour.
- Liability: Monterey Group Travel Program will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to theft, illness, injury, or death, arising from or in connection with the tour. Participants are advised to obtain their travel insurance covering such risks.
- Changes to Tour: Monterey Group Travel Program reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary, accommodations, and transportation as necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of the tour participants. Any changes will be communicated to the participants as soon as possible.
- Photography and Publicity: Monterey Group Travel Program may take photographs or video recordings during the tour for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be included in such materials must notify the tour hosts in writing before the start of the tour.
- Comprehensive Travel Insurance: Monterey Group Travel Program strongly recommends that all tour participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including but not limited to coverage for medical expenses, personal injury, trip cancellation, lost or stolen baggage, and emergency evacuation. Monterey Group Travel Program will not be held liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the failure to obtain adequate travel insurance. Participants must provide proof of travel insurance before the start of the tour. By booking a tour to Puerto Rico with Monterey Group Travel Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
