As we need to book your accommodation, tours and transportation in advance, this trip is nonrefundable, once you register, you’re in.

¡Hola! I’m Brian Raab, your Host and the Founder of the Monterey Group Travel Program:
I love getting together with friends and meeting exciting new people on my boat on Lake Minnetonka and having the time of our lives all summer long, but unfortunately summer must end but the fun doesn’t have to!
I like to keep the fun going – This is why I created this group travel experience.
In my free time; I enjoy boating during the summer months with friends, as you may already know.
I also love to travel the world to nice warm locations during the winter months, especially going to hang out at the beach in a tropical paradise like Puerto Rico, and did I mention I LOVE travelling! I also love hanging out with my wonderful group of friends from from all over the world from places like Mexico, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Guatemala, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Brazil, and Argentina amongst others, whom you may also have the pleasure of meeting a lot of them during the trip if they decide to join us.

My Story
I’m Steve Brown, a friend of Brian Raab and the Owner of Paradise Rental Vacations.
I didn’t originally intend operate a full-time business in Puerto Rico at first, but as I vacationed here, I fell so in love with the area that I eventually made the decision to transition all of my business interests here and to “Go all in on Puerto Rico”
These days, we are buying a few vacation rental properties here, and we have a management company set up to manage property for out-of-town owners, and also for owners who live here on the island too.
My mission and goal is to help make everyone’s vacation to Puerto Rico one they will enjoy and remember for a lifetime.
The great thing about renting from a locally-run vacation rental management company like ours is that you have a local person to count on (via phone or at your doorstep), someone who will ensure your vacation is as carefree as possible for you and your friends. You also know that you have someone you can trust when you have questions about activities, events and local restaurants.
